HistoryEdit

Jim Bottin, the company's CEO, entered the fitness industry in 1974 when he opened his own martial arts studios, which expanded into a chain of 13 fitness centers. In 1981, Bottin created ABC Financial Services, Inc. as a solution to the billing and software needs of his own clubs.

Paul Schaller, the firm's president, became familiar with ABC’s mission as a client. He joined ABC in 1991 as a salesperson and over the past 20 years, has risen to the Company's top leadership position. He has worked closely with Bottin during the last two decades.[4]
