The 105th MP Co was activated on February 10, 2003 and served in Iraq from April 2003 until April 2004. The commanding officer of the unit was Cpt. Michael Fowler. While in Iraq it served under the 220th Military Police Brigade and the 504th Military Police Battalion and established FOB Kalsu in Iskandaria, Iraq, 20 miles (32 km) south of Baghdad. The unit suffered two soldiers killed in action:
Sergeant Heath A. McMillan was killed on July 27, 2003 by an IED
Specialist Michael L. Williams was killed on October 17, 2003 by an IED.
